Little Pluto's Bakery

If there was anyone that comes to the top of my head that helped me get into baking I would have to say my Mimi. And that's where my story starts. When I was a little girl I would always bake with my Mimi. We even made a YouTube video on how to make Lisas forgotten cookies. I wish I could find that video. But I don't think my love for baking would have grew so big if it wasn't for her.  

Almost my whole life I always wanted to start my own bakery. All my friends and family would always tell me to. For a few days I was really trying to decide if I wanted to actually try to get a small baking business started. And during that time I was talking to my close friends and family and kind you not they all said it was an amazing idea. And that for however long my friends knew me they said I always loved baking. Same goes with my family. I would say they knew me as the baker friend. 

I have practice for years on different recipes and different piping techniques. Ive messed up my mother kitchen so many times. SO many things over the years stressing my mom out. 

I recently got a kickenaid mixture. After asking for it for YEARS I finally got one. Thank you to my mimi. I decided to go for a bakery. While this has been my dream for a while, so has being a realtor as well. During the years thinking on if I actually wanted to start a baking business, I was starting my real estate business. I am now a licensed realtor with Century 21 Judge Fite.  Which I am very happy to be at. But I knew doing this would make me just a little bit happier. Being able to achieve that dream I've had since I was a little girl. And I've always loved giving sweet treats to my loved ones and seeing a smile on their face while enjoying what I made. That is the best feeling in the world. And for this business I can't wait to make more people smile. 

Now for the name. I can honestly thank my siblings for that one KINDA. Pluto is my dogs name. He also goes by boo bear and boopie. And he used to be my brothers dog. But Im not getting into that back story. Only thing you need to know is that Pluto is the sweetest thing on earth. And the cutest. Not only is he the face of this business he is my partner in crime. He will not be apart of the baking part of this business. But he definitely will leave some prints on it. 

All I have to say really is thank you to all my friends and family for helping me decide on doing this. And for always being supportive. I wouldn't be here today able to do this. They have always been such good sports. I love you all!!!
